One of the best threads here on RPF for me and very impressive and informative. You wrote about electric pipes. .. What demensions have this pipes? And know you what giger used on his orginal alien? Thanx

I have no certain fact. I tried to go on sight. I tried to take the measurements from the images and with the help of CAD programs, scaling the images 1: 1 Alien whole. Some pipes are very small and difficult to find. I settled for similar pipes,but hard rubber instead of plastic, but they have the advantage of being very robust,because they do not bruise as opposed to plastic ones,as seems to be the fact the original one. However, they are a bit 'harder to bend

That is a magnificent piece of art! The colours are perfect and you have managed to make it appear repulsive and sexy at the same time - just as Geiger envisioned! Bravo!
