Ain't that the truth.
Sad to learn of this. I met him at the 25th anniversary for aliens in Calgary a few years back. He signed my pulse rifle. He seemed very nice. RIP

Bill Paxton was one of those actors that, no matter what the role, you'd pay attention to. His acting style came across as real and relatable.
He was definitely one of the actors that I would like to have had a beer or two with, just because he seemed so down-to-earth and cool as hell.
I pray for him and his family during this tragic time.

Whoa. I didn't know before that Bill Paxton filmed and starred in the Fish Heads video!
There is a wonderful story told by Bill Mumy about how it was made. Lots of credit for getting it out there goes to Paxton.

This was such a shock and such a sad loss of a hugely talented and vastly underrated actor. His talent gave so much pleasure to so many over the years. He will be sorely missed. My heartfelt condolences go out to the family and close friends. RIP indeed Bill Paxton.
