In case you remember you have to make a last minute Christmas present to a 8yo child and just don't have weeks to spend on it (just like me actually...) :

Here's where I'm at with Deathstroke/Slade/Pirate-with-an-eye-patch.... Straight foam of coarse. Not as cool and useful as a hardened Hawkman or fully airbrushed realistic Wolverine....

I want to assume that when he stated "ex. for kids" he was meaning that was all he was unfolding for that. Armor is not fun to walk around in and can be a challenge some times. Half armor for kids makes sense.... Also, with Xmas around the corner it would be a quick build.
So.... Scale it up and the templates will be an adult version. Don't limit templates in Pepakura on what it is released as. Just scale it to yourself.... Merry Christmas!

Open your file in pep designer :
Click the cube :
Right click on the 2D view, select "Edge Color" :
Uncheck Hidden Lines if needed, then click the colored square :
Select your blue, click "OK" :
Select every 2D pieces at once :
You're done.

So, as I said, I'm glad to present you my second foam cowl/helmet (the first one is an STEALTH IM Mk IV helmet).
I have to put the second coat of PVA and then, the painting work.
I want to start an Iron Patriot armor, but I have a query: should I rescale ALL the parts, even the foot and stuff? Thanks again, you're awesome

Damn, your edges are good! I'm still Bondo-ing Hawkman, but hopefully I can finish sanding him today and start painting...Halo!
