Xcoser Red Hood Helmet Dosent fit

What’s going everyone I bought a Red Hood helmet (Gotham Knights) from Xcoser but it doesn’t fit. I was thinking if I was able to cut the back panel and use it with magnates after being able to put my head in, my question is what it items do I use to cut this helmet?
