I will not cast it, i've start to paint the primer i think i will make 3 layer at less i hope that will make the helmet "smooth"

Glad you try Warframe , the free to play are coming very well and i think the are coming better than payable games ( my english suck >< )

so i don't what i will do.

One thing is sure. during my hollydays i will do an iron man helmet just for fun xD

In the pics you don't look to confident about the big brain I'd say stick to plan, unless you had a character in mind with a big brain, but that's just me How are you liking the pep file I sent you?
