I know you posting about the gun belt at the moment, but if I may ask a question about the helmet. How did you fiberglass those tight hard to get jaw areas?

Fiberglass is the easy part .. goes on the inside. Doesn't have to look nice as long as you cover e every thing you'll be fine. The outside you don't want to put heavy coat of resin you loose you edges fast. . For the sharp edges I used a Dremmel cutting wheel.. The hardest was Getting inside the jaw part with the bondo. I used sandpaper and popsicle sticks

I'm sorry I don't think I asked right. I meant wow did you fiberglass the inside of the jaw where it recesses back on the sides and there is only that little hole

Oh ok..I did fiberglass that area. As much as I could.... Usually on tight inside edges I put extra resin and I just roll it back and forth to make sure it gets everything.. Sometimes I put more resin mostly to fill the gaps. Not sure if it make sense. .lol

I started cleaning up the ammo blocks..i put them together to see how they would look... I like I so far.. but lots of work... I also worked on the torso.. more mods but nothing big.....

Here is a preview of my new abs I think they look way better than the old ones ..less warped also maybe because they are made out of cardboard... They are almost done have to fix the bottom part..also will have to fix them a little more they fit snug also want them a little more loose..the top part is good....then bondo to make the details.......

Any progress on the build? I just found your thread and started following. I'm currently finishing up an Iron Man Mk 3 for my kid and wanted to do a WM next to go with her. I'm curious to see how your bondo phase went.

And to let you know I actually used the bondo fiberglass instead of the fiberglass sheets for my build and enjoyed it quite well. It was easy to work with and is relatively strong. But like all methods it has it pro's as well as its cons. But I'll use that method again on all further builds i may do.
