This is very "new" to me.
A quick search did not turn up any recent mention of this. Supposedly this was a joke/prank onset when Indiana Jones gets his beating. Instead, Barbara Streisand comes out dressed up like, well… you'll see. Then Carrie Fisher, dressed as one of the Thuggee guards, tries to "save" Harrison, only to be met by Irvin Kirshner trying to get a better performance. And yes, Streisand uses a slur at the very end of the clip.
This is a poor quality video recording of the filmed outtake, but you get the gist of what is going on.
