I edited Paws of Fury (Blazing Samurai) and was there for his records… I don’t do the star struck thing but it was crazy watching how sharp witted he still is (and that was 2021)….

As we wrapped I got to gush how spaceballs was my movie as a kid, and watched it countless times.

More than his comedy, I think Brooks' ability as a raconteur is what makes him shine brightest. I wish there was a collection of all the stories he has; someone in showbiz for as long as he's been in must be in the thousands. Knowing him, he'd make each one entertaining.
