Yup.
I used DAS clay, then made a rubber mold, and cast them in resin. I had previously dropped one on the floor which inspired the resin idea! The Rusty Enterprise was made from paper and plastic. Haven't animated Arnold or George yet. With Spock I replaced the body (in the photo which was a wooden dowel and perm curlers for arms) with something better for the animation.
