Ultron helmet (Avengers: Age of Ultron) - unfolded

I have a really noob question, but this is my first ever costume I'm trying to build with foam. I'm trying to have it ready by April 30th for the Avengers will I have enough time to build this helmet and an iron man suit to put it on?

Also, I measured my head to be about 575 mm. Does that sound about right? Because when I try to change the scale pattern size to 575 for width the pieces are too big for my paper. How do I fix that? Thanks for any advice and help you guys can give me!

hi, anyone has the paper version of the ultron minion helmet?? all the links posted are dead. theres only one avaible but its foam not paper.
