That's not a Wand Tricorder Demo.

From the actual post:

"All of us dream of owning a working tricorder, and have been long awaiting the Wand Tricorder. So in that spirit, I am sharing something even better from Bart Braun, who created a Arduino controlled, menu based interactive tricorder faceplate, it is truly a delight to use, and gives the feel of what a tricorder could have done in the 1960s, if only they had the technology.

What you see in these images is an amalgamation of old and new, a classic Marco tricorder build with Bart's creation. Clint Young did an excellent job on the build, integrating the faceplate, a working Moire, removable data disk from Mike Reader, and a USB Power bank. Thanks to Michael Bastraw who inspired me with his version of this tricorder."

Nice looking ……

The data disk doesn’t look like previously shown Wand color coded, and it only looks like there’s just one removable disk (last one on the right)

Not a bad project…

I sure hope not….there is a lot of “wrong” with that model…the faceplate shapes are “wrong”, the side panels are “wrong”, and the texture looks like ABS, which is “wrong”.

Cool demo, though
