Starship Troopers Knife Blank

I'm looking for any resources to replicate the Starship Troopers knife for my belt. It can be the blank ones like they used in the movies which are basically traced out paint stirrers on aluminum. I can't find any resources anywhere to 3D print or find the proper brand of paint stir stick. Any help would be appreciated!

I suggest to replicate it from a photo of a screenused knife and cut it out from aluminium or something. Should be the easiest way next to buy finished replicas, if there something is out...

They look like this. I can trace my screen used blank and mail it to you. They were cut out of 1/8" aluminum
