After using the $14 Parts Express nibbler this week I've realized the notches are not very clean on .06 styrene.
It nibbles 3/16" wide by about 1/8" deep. I found I was shaping the notches with a blade or file afterwards, squaring the corners and cleaning them up. I wonder if the Adel Tool Nibbler makes cleaner / tighter cornered notches in .06..?
