sitting down IM costume

i know its a noob question but im building my first suit and i just want to know everything i need. pretty much the title is self explanatory, can you sit down in an ironman foam costume without breaking anything?

Yes if built correctly. I add cardboard to the inside of the the suit to give it stability so the paint doesn't crack or the foam rip.
