Today it's back on with the RC armor. The legs are almost ready to paint.

The knees are embedded like in the game.

After ages, off it goes again. The cup and butt plate are ready to paint.
In the tactical belt left and right are two sets of switches to activate the visor, spot light, vibroblade and the ID number.

I joined both pieces together to putting on it like pants.

I cut 1" strip off the center of the butt plate.

I decided to make a new handguard. The old TZA version is too big for me.

I started with the game data:

Handrücken - Game_600px.jpg

The molds were built from MDF.

Vacuum formed with 3mm ABS:

After cutting out, I received:

The blade of the left hand are composed by blue, black and colorless acrylic glass:

Two blue bright LEDs illuminate only the central blue part, like in the reference pic:

The finished handguard consists of three main components:

Slide, blade and housing (handguard main part and cover).

My interpretation looks like this:

My version is even slightly smaller than the PA-version.
Comparison of the lengths: PA 98mm, TZA 110mm, meine 95mm

After a long time, the painting of my boss helmet is done.
All colors and are 2K-Polyurethane-acrylic mat paints.

I started with a 2K-Platic-Primer:

Ligonap, gibt's schon was neues? Mach weiter so, sieht wie immer super aus, kann es kaum erwarten, mehr zu sehen!

Ja, jetzt. :D

My Boss Helmet is finally done.

About one year ago I had already developed the visor light.
Perhaps still one or the other remembers.

This week I finally got the radio-control module from Hong Kong and
I could finsh the helmet.

Here are a few helmet inner views:

(with an autograph from Boss personally ;) )

In the helmet I have installed:
- my new VoiceAmp 3.0 with 2 Watt,
- visor light with 84 LEDs and wipe effect,
- super bright LED for the side light,
- RC module for the external control of all three components in the helmet.

The visor is like a sandwich of two visors.
84 LEDs between two visors layers illuminate the visor.

The Microphone has a cardioid geometry. The two loud speakers are not fixed to the helmet, so
the helmet itself does not become a speaker and to avoid a too early feedback.
