Sorry to tell you this but any de-wat, de-mil grenade or grenade looking item sent to Canada will be seized and destroyed if caught by Customs, no appeal given. This applies to solid desktop items, lighters, replicas and plastic or resin model kits. Your very best bet is to have a look at some of the airsoft grenades available through retailers in Canada.
