I'm looking at getting this one http://www.procosplay.com/green-arrow-oliver-queen-america-cosplay-costume without gloves arm guard quiver or hood just the jacket pants and hip quiver the legs are buy far the most accurate atm I may have to change the colour but aside from that I think it's a good start

-Bow/arrows: custom wood and PVC
-Gloves: Men's Black TacLite2-light tactical gloves

Made the static arrows from ones that did not shoot well, drilled two small oval pieces of wood, inserted arrows, super glued in place, that way Comicon won't have any trouble with me having arrows.
