Thanks guys, we have had a bit of a heatwave the past few days and work has been going great on the house so I had a bit of time today to myself. First I sealed the foam with white glue then got to work on the first few coats of paint.

I was comissioned to build someone a foam IM helmet so here it is. now that that is done I can finaly get back to making the rest of the armor. The last IM helmet I b uilt took me just under an hour.
