My custom built Wolverine Claws

These claws are amazing. I'm trying to make them using aluminum. Could you send me their measures and desing ? I know that telling for free how you made them isn't cool, but I do wish to make them. I just need a hand. Thanks.
 
I mean, wolverine is great with his claws...I just preferred the roughneck look that the origins bone claws gave Logan. What'r you using if you don't mind? I thought about it and wood would be easiest. (just realized I said wood would:lol) But, I think real bone would be awesome too, particularly deer bone. Anywho, good luck.
