My Back to the Future collection [Real Guess jacket P48]

I finally finished my Marty McFly Sr. watch....

I found a decent Class 5 vest a little while ago ond ebay that is still up for sale. Size small. Too small for me though. Some burnt orange fabric spray paint could fix the color. It would need the zipper removed and buttons added instead.

I don't think you can dye them, I tried on my light green one and it didn't work!

The stuff I'm talking about isn't a dye. Its literally spray paint specific for fabric. It may have to have a coat of red over the blue and then this burnt orange color.

... this could be difficult. As Emma said: the material of the vest is a synthetic polymer and fabric paint (or any other paint) will not work on it.

The vest is made of nylon. I read this fabric should take fabric paint pretty well.

Nylon is a synthetic polymer. You can paint nylon, but we don't talk about immovable furniture (as shown on the paint bottle). It's clothing, which is in continuously moving. The paint will flake off after a while.
