We have paint on Max. Finally starting to look like something.

I am just amazed by this bad boy. Can't wait to see a video of it finished with its spinning claws and slowly pulsing eye port. Will you be weathering the finished paint job? I seem to remember the film version has a dark red patina in all the prop lines and crevices to give it depth.

You should also do a version of the head with the "eyes" behind the glass eye port for extra creepiness like in the "Inferno" end sequence.

And why isn't this film out on blu ray? This and 20K Leagues Under the Sea never had BR releases by Disney.
