I didn't see this one posted yet. The shooting model of the Cylon Base Star used as a prop in scenes where the humans were planning an attack.

In the newer BSG, Adama smashes a Tall ship model.

And there were plenty of models of the cast of small soldiers in the film!

Oh yeah, BSG used a bunch of small models to plan battle strategies!

The Cylon Basestar miniature was used as a prop in several episodes of Battlestar Galactica.
