I started a seperate thread because im using different techniques and posting millions of pics but ill stick some here for you to see. Its all polycarbonate so far for crisp seams and edges.

I have been built this too. So far so good.
I am using 6mm. i want to change the neck to 3mm for better flexibility.

Dude I want to send you a big thank you for creating these awesome, super clean and incredibly easy to work with files for the Mk 40! I was building a Mk 39 Suit but got really annoyed because the files looked great but were a pain in the ass to work with.
When I found out about the Mk 40 I instantly fell in love with the design and quickly after found your files! They are by far the best and easiest pepakura files I have ever worked with and are well suitable for beginners aswell ( I am new to foam myself).

Really thank you BSD for creating these files, I will post updates when my build continues!
