It would not be possible for this gauntlet to materialized and look good without your pep file... your generosity is well appreciated...:thumbsup

Actually, Mr. Popsicle looks a bit messy now since he's been dipped to contact/rubber cement helping my brother to spread it evenly on EVA foam... I gotta get a photo of him (one of this days) so you can get a good look on him... lol:lol

Anyone else misses Mr. Popsicle, please let me know...

UPDATES...

So I'm also helping my brother on his FOAM gauntlet and this are my contributions...

I temporarily used a black rubber gloves underneath...

Insert all the pieces... not really fixing it since I just want to see if everything will work fine...

Found some flexible conduit lying around the shop... tried to insert it to each fingers...

and WOW!... it looks really neat... kinda movie-accurate...thumbsup
But really worried if I can still flex my fingers :confused...

Tried it once...

Twice

Trice...

And many times...

Im really glad it's still quite flexible...:thumbsup

REPULSOR ON!!!

The repulsor enclosure was made of PVC (inside dia=32mm / outside dia=40mm)

The cover was made of white plastic sheet...

Then installed a single super bright LED inside... powered by 4.5V watch batteries

Here is the complete assembly...

Repulsor ON...:love

This type of switch does not limit the wearer on turning ON the repulsor...

The turning ON was not done by bending the wrist but by stretching the palm wide open...:love

Repulsor is easily turned OFF by relaxing your fingers (default palm position)

ON/OFF position

This vid will show you clearly how the repulsor was turned ON/OFF... IRONMAN FOAM GAUNTLET w/ REPULSOR - YouTube... sorry for the poor video quality...

We still need to improve the battery pack... we're planning to install the battery pack inside the repulsor enclosure (so no long messy wires)
