If "Up" means update, that's fine, as long as one posts an update with it. He's building some great stuff and I'm loving the updates.

However, if he's just posting up, up, uuuuup, on it's own without an update - it's just like people who post the word, "bump" just to bump their thread to the top of the pages again. It's not good forum conduct and it pointlessly pushes everyone else's posts down the page for no reason.

That being said, it's your thread mate, post what you like but if you want folks to enjoy it more, try to put an, "update" with your "up".
