Heath leddger joker shoe outersoles

Hi, I'm trying to identify the design on the bottom of heath ledgers joker shoes. There's not many photos, I'll share what I've been able to find below. If you hapoent to have any, find any, please help me out with this project. Thanks

The shoes where designer found be Lindy, we had 1 pair in SFX for David Eltham to make the knife gag. From what I remember they didn’t have many pairs.

Believe it was a non skid pad added to the shoes but I could be wrong

Not sure,it was in my phone with the other photos,I don’t remember who gave those to me.at one point I had a bunch of photos of ledger jokers wardrobe and the prosthetics being made on his lifecasts.think I lost most of them when I got a new phone.
