Hall Of Cool Stuff - Fox Studios Sydney - August 2000

I've finally created a Flickr gallery of images I took at the Fox Studios in Sydney during a visit back in 2000. As part of the theme park attached to the studios there was a display of props, models and replicas from a number of feature films and I had planned my visit to take as many shots as I could. This was before I had a digital camera and I soon ran out of film and closing time was fast approaching. Luckily the security guard obliged and turned on the house lights to better illuminate the subjects. The main attraction for me was the Powerloader from Aliens but I was pleased to see items from Alien Resurrection, Enemy Mine, ID4 and even Damnation Alley. A little over a year latter the Fox Studios Backlot closed and these items either went back into storage or on display elsewhere.
