Half Life 2: Gordon Freemans HEV suit

Well, I've got two places you can look to. One is the full suit, only downside is (being a fellow HL fanboy, I know) it's not EXACTLY accurate: HEV Suit PDO Files.zip
The other isn't a complete set but will be eventually, upside: it's an in-game model, downside: it's lower res because it includes the texture: Half-Life 2 Papercraft: HEV Suit Thigh Armor | Tektonten Papercraft

I know he finished the chest armor on this second site, but has anyone had any success in scaling it up? I guess I'm still not very good with doing this in Pepakura.

And the texture can be removed, correct? There's a check box under "Others" that removes the texture.

I am at the end of my tether trying to find some foam template files for this thing - Did you use foam in the end?
