Green Goblin No Way Home Suit build

Since starting my No Way Home battle damaged Green Goblin helmet, I have long been daydreaming about making the hoodie and Sleeves to go with it, and now that I have completed the helmet, and seeing behind the scenes for the suit, I feel confident I can recreate most of the suit out of just eva foam.

I am starting with just the torso, I will be making the neck collar and forearms out of 1/4 inch foam backing tube,
The armor will be out of 6mm eva foam,
I expect all of this to be relatively easy, as all of the armor shapes are incredibly simplified on the NWH suit compared to the 2002 one, broken down to just rectangular flat shapes rather than the iconic art deco curves and dips of the original

My only fear is getting straight cuts, without fuzz,
I figure maybe it'd be best to press my knife down onto the foam rather than cut into it

Paint wise it will be 2 parts lime green pearl acrylic, 1 part mod podge,

having much experience with acrylic paint and foam I expect it to flex fine on it's own, but the extra security always helps, and I'm not very experienced when it comes to painting clothes.

The most important thing is finding paint that doesn't have those glittery specs in it and is just one solid thing

I will be gluing the foam down to a green turtleneck, In time I will decide how to get into it, I expect a long zipper down the back and probably cuts in the back of the arms that strap closed with velcro, like a T shape,

Going to have to sketch all this out and see where I can hide all the zippers and buttons and straps

Probably gonna glue down the chest first and that will help me map out the arms and back, this is because I don't have a mannequin so I have to do everything in my lap so to speak.

The torso will be put on sleeves first, then collor, than torso.
It will interlock through snap buttons

Keep in mind that The back of the no way home suit is still the same as 2002, one big zipper, you just can see it because of the Hoodie and wethering

Everything will be coated in plastic dip to ensure nothing comes loose, that everything is the same texture for painting, and so everything stays stretchy/flexible

The back will have to be done differently from the front, particularly the Willem Cake, and Elbows, rather than big foam pieces, all the foam strips will need to be seperate so they can flex, think of a accordian, and the back will be layers of spandex, the ass i haven't definitively decided what to do, but i think I will glue the strips on with the fabric fully stretched
