Generic hero costume parts?

A while ago I bumped into a cool website that had generic hero items that looked like movie quality. I also believe they had the Batman & Robin movie masks etc and latex chest and leg muscle parts.
Now I am trying to find it but no luck

Anyone might have an idea what the site could be?

I'd go with artsee1. He does good work and is a member of more than one community. I've never bought anything from him but I have corresponded and I've seen alot of his stuff others have bought from him.
