Thought I'd share some photos of a replica of the Freddie Glove I made for Evil Dead 2. A buddie in New York has been asking me to make him a replica now for over 5 years. I finally broke down and did a detailed replica and housed it in a nifty display case. The original only took me 1 day to make from an old work glove and some scrape plastic parts, for this one took me over a year to put together. First finding the leather glove that matched the one I had bought back in 1983. You'd think leather work gloves were pretty much the same, but not anymore. It was fun trying to match the original, putting them side by side to double-check myself. I was able to get a piece of old barn wood from the same area we shot the film to use as the gloves support. I like the display case so much I'm building one for my original. Enjoy!
