Damaged Iron Man

This is my first post here so be gentle and tell what you think.

This is my Iron Man helmet which Ive hopefully made to look like its been damaged and broken.

Looks pretty cool.

I'd kinda tone down the silver paint a bit. It's a bit much. Maybe add in some black scuff marks to break it up a bit.

All in all, hell of a piece!

Thanks for the input, and Im slowly adding layers of tint and wash to dull down the silver and create scorch marks. I tried the face in gold first and it didnt work it looked like it was just dirty.

If I can finish this helmet soon I will try and build a whole suit. Its all out of smooth cast so I may have to move onto fibreglass for the rest.

I think it looks pretty sweet. But like hydin said I think I'd tone down the silver.

Looks terrible. Once you finish the suit, send the whole thing out to me and I'll make sure it is disposed of.

That looks pretty legit. Good job. A whole suit like this with bullet holes and tears exposing electrical components would be BA.
