Build: Red Dwarf
Medium: Cardboard
Experience: Built some models as a kid - Just got interested in trying to scratch build things

Started by making a stand out of 1x2. Then cut out some basic shapes out of cardboard and have been gluing them. That's it so far for day 1.

I started filling the seams with joint compound. Sometimes it makes the cardboard bow but that's what I had on hand so that's what I used.


Mixed some joint compound with black paint and applied a coat. Also started cutting some parts out of foam.


Painted on a coat of the red I got. I wanted too see how similar it looks and it seems fine. Then started cutting out more foam for the features.


This is about how far I've got. More to come.
