Any resources or info on this necklace from Scream (1996)?

I’ve been scrounging the internet looking for the necklace Stu Macher wears in the original Scream movie for a costume I’m working on and I keep coming up empty. Does anyone have any ideas?

It looks like three cylinders of metal, it's bumpy like there are little balls inside, seems pretty easy to make

To me they look like bits from an old bicycle or motorcycle. Like brake line or accelerator parts.

You could probably make do with some silver beads from the craft store, though.
It definitely looks hand made.
