I am slowly but surely working out an Alphonse Elric suit of armor. I'm sure it's been done a hundred times but I've just finished Brotherhood and felt a need to make this. I'm using floor mats from Harbor Freight and some craft foam for details. Just kind of winging it not really patterning anything. I'll post pictures as soon as I figure out how. My goal is to have this done by Halloween so I can scare people.
