Boxed in the 4 vents top and bottom, smoothed off the conning tower so thats it for really messy dusty stuff.

End caps on, conning tower on and secured with the single back flat head screw.

Added the exhaust ports for Sky1 today.

Ahh, if I had the money, I would buy all the models of all of the Gerry Anderson series and I would start with the SkyDiver for sure:cool

Did some work today on the Skydiver exhaust outlets, Back on this as well as a new Mobile and a Stingray, got to keep busy now.

After a day or rather days of being pissed off with this, I decided to slow it down a pace and it now seems to be going well.

Many thanks I am extremely lucky to have known Gerry Anderson while he was with us. My first ever kit was licenced by his company at the time (Going back a few years now)

Anyway.....

Today, Re painted the Nose, Stuck my thumb print on it, decided I didnt like it with a thumb print so re painted it again. Apart from that, I added a few panels and this time I'm staying away from the darker tibetan gold which in the original is just 44 year old discoloured sellotape.

Blimey! Sky One is looking FAB for sure...btw, I don't know if you ever took a pic of the painted cockpit interior and the pilot

There isnt one in there at the moment. Bit of a quandry really, Sky 1 is not manned when attached to the Diver section, May do a seat that goes up and down, dunno yet.

Well here it is then. The Stand alone Sky 1 mated to a Diver section it was never meant to be mated to. I really am nearly done with this. Just a few Danger and Everything is go decals and finish off the dirty work then tone it down and and and.
