The room is tiny! - So much so that Ridley Scott had to open up the panels to get the camera in there making it look much bigger than it was. But this is what it "really" looked like, and explains how Dallas and Ripley were able to see text on a tiny 13" monitor - it was actually only just past arms' length away. Modeled in Rhino, animated in Maya, and rendered with V-Ray 6.
