Batarang Prop Design

Had an idea for a different styled, folding batarang and this is what I came up with:



I have the pdf file and would love to work with someone who could laser cut it out of aluminum.....

Can't help you with the laser cutting, but it's a sharp design - elegant, functional, and with just the right amount of visual textrue. It should look damn good when done.

Thanks! I made a prototype out of plastic (styrene) some time ago, but got sidetracked with another project.

MikeTribal might be able to help you out, but they would be waterjet cut, not laser cut. He did the run of Eli Machete and "Last Dragon" medallion if you want to take a look at some of the work he's done here on the RPF.
