Since I cannot find a tutorial on it any where I will build one.. Based on the pictures on the internet on hair weaving you need a weblike material lost of hair synthetic I'm guessing and a good sewing machine.

here is what I found for the body suit..

The main thing with the mesh fabric is to make sure it is strong. There is stuff out there that can be torn easily. The correct stuff is the same stuff they used in cargo nets on backpacks.

Oh man you are awesome... for a minute there I thought I would have to wing it. and lets face it I have no idea what im doing.
 
Man this is very time consuming... but I think I have the rhythm down.. this wookie will look awesome ..well at least the body suit will I have yet to even contemplate the mask...

Well until I get my hackle in the mail im hand blending witch takes forever...... I just grab a little from each pile 70/30 mix

Just a side note here is a comparison on my last project the 8,000 scales in this picture was attached with 16,000 split rings (the kind that hold your keys) this took me 3 months to do. I think this will take me longer to do :D ..... The pain we go through for our hobbies.

here is a small update weaving the has become much easier so I will post larger updates rather then small increments.. hmmm it would seem im in need of some highlights. Does any one know the mix blend ratio of the third color to make the highlights?

wow ... this is crazy ... then again after watching that huge V-shaped back with all the metal scales on .. I know you'll do just fine ... keep it up cyberpyrot
