disguised as he-who-must-not-be-named.
he carnt really be disguised as voldemort as he had no hair.. so the polyjuice potion cant work..

ahh but the potion only requires "a bit of someone we're changing into", so technicaly that could of used his nails as well, his hideous, hideous nails

the potion says "extract of the-transfigured-being-to-be". so in my eyeys it doesn't have to be hair. and well you might be right that disguised might not be the best word, probably transformed would be beter. thanks!

If anyone is working on memory vials, I drew up some of the labels based on screen references I had. They're pretty close and can be resized a bit to fit. They'll be pain to cut out, but I think they'll look pretty nice.

The labels are indeed great! thanks for sharring.
But I was thinking would it be easier to use paper plate decoraties (not sure whats its called in english) but we use it at our restaurant. Saves you the cutting out.

Definitely would be easier to find something similar and those are reasonably similar to the designs they used. The labels they used seem to be very thin and delicate. I'm going to try and do a hand cut one to apply to mine to see how close I can get it to the screen pic.

The paper plate decoraties is also very thing paper, the only thing is that he ones we have are rather big, I think the hard part about the paper plate decoraties is to find the right size. How big are the memory vials?

The replica memory vial I have is from kevinericon here on this forum. They're really awesome and very close to the screen reference in terms of size. It's about 11cm tall w/o the cap part and about 2cm in width. The label would be very small. But the actual body where the label would wrap around is closer to 7 cm tall, not counting the "base" part. The label on the screen prop doesn't even cover all of the body area, so label might be approx. 5-6 cm tall x approx. 2.5 cm wide depending on the shape of label you want to use.

I'm going to try the rectangular design which probably won't be as wide as the circular one.

I also used vintage doilies for some Dumbledore Memory Vials that I made back in 2008. You can just use different parts of the doilie and cut and paste together to get an interesting design. It would very impractical to try to hand-cut each hole otherwise.

Jhadha, your DP backs are looking great, as do the memory vials above, charming items truly.

Here is a progress shot of the Triwizard Tragedies Cover that I'm working on, hoping to get a photo of the spine when I'm at the tour.

Like Lemonlemonuk has already said it is proving very difficult to track down the 'victims' of the creatures on this cover, if anyone can track these guys down it'd be a great help.
