    Good article. I've read numerous times that the tone of Lincoln's voice was considerably higher than the deep baritone that's been used in most productions over the years, and was hoping Spielberg and Lewis would stray from tradition and go with a more accurate representation.

    I'm looking forward to this one but sincerely hope it doesn't have the BS spin a lot of these historical dramas tend to have. Lincoln was a human, not a God. He was also a politician so despite legend he did lie and he did manipulate. These were all parts of a great man.

    Give him to us as he was and this will be a GREAT film.

    DDL is one of my all-time favorite actors. Last of the Mochicans rates in my top 10 list and he was amazing in There Will Be Blood. The first movie I ever watch with him was My Left Foot. He was so good, I actually thought he was afflicted.

    If anyone can do this role justice, I would believe it's him.

    Loving DDL in the role. Voice and mannerisms are great and very believable. I see Lincoln here, Not DDL as Lincoln.
