Ah I can see where the confusion is. Wish there was a more universal way to open files haha.

In any case, hopefully someone can convert Wild Tiger into a more user friendly format soon. :)

Well now that it seems pepmaster is banned from the site we need to find someone new to work on the Pep file as he was the previous person working on it. I'm thinking about getting a commission for the project now.

HELLOOOOO GUYS!!! Long time no see. I'm very sorry for disappear so suddenly
Well there so much school homework and task, I'm really busy lately.. FYI I went to Senior High School 3rd grade and need a lot of preapare to face final exam + collage registration

Well sorry again there's still no progress of my costume :( I'm too busy to work on it

I've been watching this thread for some time now, but I've only recently made an account. I can't wait to see your guys' projects finished. I'm looking to build my own Wild Tiger costume, but I don't know where to start really because, like you guys, I cannot find pep files or a 3D file to work off from, and I've never used a 3D program before either. Best of luck to everyone on their costumes!

Hi all! I completely forgot about uploading progress pics of my work on my Sky High costume! While there were a few kinks in the C02 system that need to be worked out, everything turned out pretty good.

Currently, I'm planning to get someone to help me resew the main costume, as I didn't really do a good job at it (considering I suck at sewing, I'm surprised I actually managed to finish it!)

Done!

Thank you! I've still got lots to improve on the costume though! Will be remaking the helmet soon, as well as touching up the main costume itself to fix any inaccuracies, such as in the collar area and undersuit.

Anyways, here's a pic of me and my friends as the whole cast! We were missing a Blue Rose and Iron Bison, sadly :(

do you plan to make the real models?

Were you asking me this? If yes, then yes, I am planning on making the real models. I'm still thinking about how I'm going to put it all together though. I was thinking that making it into a pep (like everyone else) would be the easier route, but I was also thinking of 3D printing it and vacumforming that. I think going through with the pep would be cheaper.

Hi! Your foam armor looks wonderful so far. If you don't mind me asking, I was wondering what you are going to do from here. I'm also planning to make Bunny's hero suit and since I am new to armor in general, I am just researching, researching, and researching right now. Anyway, I was planning on making the chest armor out of the same type of foam that you did, but I have been stumped on what to do about the neck area. I see that you attached a separate neck/collar piece. Are you going to cover the foam with anything, or are you just planning to seal it and paint it? I've been trying to figure out how I could cover the seam at the neck. I guess I could do something like paper mache the whole piece and cover it with paperclay or something, but I wondered if there was a more efficient method. I wanted to ask you and see if you have worked that part out yet because I really don't know what to do! I thought about vacuum forming plastic over it, but if I used the foam as a mold, wouldn't the hot plastic melt the foam? D: But that seems like the only way to get plastic to take on that curved shape. Gah. Sorry, I hope you don't mind me asking! I've been trying to figure this out for a while and it's driving me crazy, haha.

...But hi everyone! I stumbled upon this place while searching the web for references. Can't wait to see more of everyone's progress! This is getting me so pumped to get started.

So what i did was i took strips of 1/16" craft foam and i glued them down in the desired curved shape, then filled the crack between the inside piece and the outer curve with expanding foam. it seemed to do the trick to get the really nice and smooth curve. the next step was to cover everything with PVC cloth or something similar. but i've been delayed for quite some time because of school, and plans have changed since i've started the build
actually funny you mention vac forming, cause i'm considering doing the same thing. Yes the foam will melt if you do use vacuum forming but because I couldn't get the foam the way i want it, i was going to scrap the whole lot of it and start again. seems a shame for my paltry amount of work to go to waste, but all in the name of progress right?

I'm a bit bogged down with school and what not, which is why i haven't made any progress in a long time, but hopefully as soon as spring hits, i'll be back at it, full swing.

I have the PMD file for the open-face-Wild Tiger model, but I'm having trouble converting it. I tried installing some plugins for blender, but my blender is acting stupid as I cannot access the User Preferences. Anyone know how to covert PMD files to blender or some other program?
