He does give happy a rock bottom through that table. Either someone else steals the suit, or he is under somekind of mind control.

Yeah I saw that. I say Stark is knocked out of commission, So US Gov brings in WM to battle bad guys in lieu of Iron Man, making him a PR symbol in the Patriot Paint, but then he goes rogue for Mandarin and Stark has to come back to woop everyone. And Pepper gets to wear a suit. The End.

I also thought he was going to be the bad guy at first but after reading a few interviews from Kevin Feige, i think its just good ol' Rhodey in the suit painted with the American flag colors :). Also the scene where he slams the guy into the table, i do believe it might be the scene from these set photos:Iron Patriot spotted at AIM: ?Iron Man 3? filming in Cary, NC ? Day 2 | Reel Movie Nation
Which if you notice from the pictures, he is inside the A.I.M building (bad guys). If it is in fact the same scene, i can only assume that Rhodey goes in there to kick some bad guy butt :cheers

Which gives me the idea that after that he gets some kind of infraction or memo from the US gov., then decides to leave the government and takes the suit with him, gets it repainted to black and silver, then goes back to kick some bad guys' butts :love

3 suits? Then it wont be "iron man" but " superman :p.. My new updates with new thigh..and on the left its my mk7 battle damage.

Don't know if it's the same as IP's, but it is supposed to be USAF If you use it, use shift to remove the stencil separation lines.

Sample of this font so people can decide for themselves. I just smashed this out, so don't know if I had it in bold or not as well:
