So Here is my take on the 4th Doctor!
Final Product:

So Basically it started out with making his scarf, then decided what the heck, Ill just make the whole thing!
So I went thrift shopping, got everything, dyed the jacket red...
Then I decided that I needed a TARDIS Key! So I quickly grabbed a clipboard and began cutting it up. After a bit, I got this!
I then found an old wool cowboy hat and rebashed it into a fedora. I also put a new band on it
And a proof photo:
And thats it! I suppose i never took a final picture of the scarf, but its 15 feet long... Awesome...
