Hello everyone, I guess I'll go first and give this contest a try. I will be building the new TOS Battlester Galactica from Moebius. This will be an out of box build only. Paint is yet to be determined. I've been building models off and on for 41 years but have not finished one for decades as I suffer from AMS :wacko, so I'm doing this to motivate myself to actually finish a build for a change. I guess you can say my skills are average so go easy on me! So, here's to a great build :cheers!

Keep at it build a bit EVERY day!
I have most of the subassemblies completed now. Just finishing up the landing bays. I used the landing bay pics from the box except I peeled all the cardboard from the prints and glued them to some scrap plastic to make them stronger. I'm hoping to light them by using external lights. I should be able to start painting next week if the weather stays good.

All finished. It felt good to finally get a model done for a change. The next Galactica I build will be lit and super detailed. This one will be part of a display showing the Galactica models from before and now highlighting how they have changed in detail. Good luck to everyone!
