here are the molds from the part were the legs are comming out of the body.
The parts are made of resin
 
SAM_1760a1.jpgthis is my tb2 that i have made many years ago thisone is completely made of wood and is about 76cm long.
My newone is made of epoxy with fiberglass and is completely hollow so she is much lighter ,and i can put some stuff in there such as the materials for he hydraulic legs and a cabin with light.I have made a picture with my new one and this old one to compare how big my new thunderbird 2 isPIC_0523.JPG
 
Always loved thunderbird 2 such a great build love the old one can't wit to see the new one all up and working are you planing on putting anything in the pod

When i have time to do that i will put some detailing in the pod.
I have to finishe my model before 18 april then i am going to the Andercon were i can show him at the event .
