Batman memorial statue from TDKR update 09/03/2013

I've wanted this statue since watching the film and thought EB or sideshow mite have offered one. As they have not I talked with a zbrush artist and this is what I got back. Its been printed and should be with me 1st week in march.
The size I'm going for is 1/6 and maybe 1/4 scale

My plan for the statue is to cast it using a bronze metal powder and hopefully give it the same look as the statue seen in the film
 
Update in post one.

I'm about 80% finished. Need to finish join lines on the back and add small amount of detail tote cape on front.
Very happy with how it's going and very happy to have it in my collection
 
Yearly bump. Does anyone know whatever happened with this? Caught "Rises" on HBO tonight and it renewed my interest.

The statue was finished and stands approx 13inchs. Same as a hot toys figure. Which was the plan as I wanted it to go with my collection
