Anyone know anything about cable or r/c puppets?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to get my own Puppet Master fan-film off the ground and was wanting to build some R/C or cable controlled puppets. Does anyone know any good places to learn about building them, or have any resources or tips?

Did you do a search on animatronics?

You have to talk to our member "Trap Joe", he builds excellent animatronics for a living. There are a few guys who did animatronics for costumes.
