Were there two pod cars built for Empire?

Just wondering because in some shots the colors are looking different?
Also if you guys have any pics you can share that would be great!:thumbsup

In some pics the raised band around the canopy landing looks
like a odd burgundy violet color? Then in other it looks like a chocolate
brown color? Is it the lights the colors seem to be to far off for this?

Hey Mike, yeah they are built for Empire.
I think it's due to color temperature. And in the first pics it's taken with flash. In the second that's tungstene lights that's why the color is more hot.

I asked Maths for the shots to use up here, he was cool about it

In this first pic you see the refer orange.....

In this shot it seems a bit more red from the light?

I did some color correction and I think it looks like that, but that's just a guess, I have nothing to do a white balance...

I have another pic of the cloud car, taken at the Archives (you can notice that a Red 6 was still here after the Empire and probably after ROTJ, where is it now ?) :

Oh Jay your looking for Red 6? I have had that model for years.....
down in the basement!! You should have just asked I can send it to you!:lol

Look how dusty and dirty the pod-car is! That's sad
some of those models are really in poor condition!
