Here is a look at the finished paint job on Movie Dredd helmet.

First let's see it sanded before the second clear application

Very, very impressed with your quality of workmanship on the helmet! I can see it is a labour of love for you, can't wait to see it finished with the badge and visor!

The pictures were taken after baking. No buffing has taken place. That is why I cleared it twice. The first clear coat had a little orange peel and usually does not flow well where you have tape edges. I used 600P sand paper to make sure the first clear coat was perfectly flat; then sprayed the second coat and it flows out to be smooth as glass.:cool
 
I am using the supplied visor. I am trying to use window film but the visor is so flexible that i am having trouble making it stay in place.
